  • Are your products certified?
    Yes, they are! All of our products have been officially certified by a Qualified Cosmetic Safety Assessor, this requires a PIF (Product Information File) and a CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report). They are also all registered with the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).
  • Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
    Yes, they are perfect for sensitive skin. All of the products are available unscented and are packed with plant powered ingredients to help repair your skin and protect it from further damage. If you have any questions, please contact us on info@kayaroseskincare.com . We will happily advise you on which products may help you.
  • Do your products contain any preservatives, alcohol or synthetic ingredients?
    No they don’t. All of the ingredients we use are 100% natural and our products are free of any preservatives or nasty chemicals. They are also free of any alcohol, perfume or synthetic ingredients!
  • Are your products organic?
    Yes, they are!!! All balm, oil, cream and butter products are at least 98% organic. We have also got the % of organic ingredients clearly on the labels so you can see it super easy.
  • Are your products cruelty free?
    Yes, all our products are cruelty free. We don’t test on animals...just friends and family!! All of our oil, butter and cream products are also vegan. However, we use organic beeswax in our balms, so they are not vegan.
  • How can I contact customer support?

  • Do you ship outside of the UK?
    Currently our products are only available in the UK. We would love to be available to everyone, and hopefully will be soon!
  • Do you have a returns policy?
    The greatest care is taken to package your items securely, however if you receive your items damaged, please attach photo evidence and a description of the issue. We will try our best to rectify any issues. Please contact us immediately at info@kayaroseskincare.com ; items must be unused and in original packaging for us to consider refunds/exchanges.
  • My package arrived damaged, what can I do?
    The greatest care is taken to package your items securely. However, if you receive your items damaged, please contact us immediately on info@kayaroseskincare.com . We will try our best to fix any issues for you! Items must be unused and in original packaging for us to consider refunds/exchanges.
  • How long will it take to get my package?
    We aim to post all packages within 2-3 days. However, we are a small business that handmake all of our products in small batches. Therefore, sometimes there maybe the occasional delay if we receive a high number of orders. If this does happen, we will keep you updated on any delays.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
    Yes, all packaging is recyclable, reusable or refillable! Check out our ‘Refill. Recycle. Reuse’ page for more information about each item of packaging we use!
